Operational Support
We will provide ongoing training and support in many areas, including unit operations and maintenance, customer-service techniques, product ordering, suggested pricing guidelines, software support, and administrative procedures.
Marketing Support
BJS Trophy will lead the creation and coordination of advertising materials and strategies for franchise network members. It will provide franchisees with consumer marketing plans and materials for local or regional use, while also approving any local advertising materials developed by franchisees.
Comprehensive Training
